If you follow us on Instagram or read David's reflection a couple months ago, you have already seen a few photos from the Russian Market. This is a mostly indoor, major market in town. It got its nickname because in decades past it was quite popular with Russian expats who lived in the area. Now the market is a mix of produce stands, food stalls, tourist knickknacks and...just about anything else you can imagine!

One of the most interesting sections was it's tools and "parts" section:

We are confident that they sell anything you need, but less confident that you could find it!

While we are not positive where we will live when we move to Phnom Penh later this year, we think that the neighborhood around the Russian Market will be a good location for us. The neighborhood is close to language schools, isn't too expensive and of course, has nearby markets.
